Position Overview: As a Marketing Associate at Sistazas Coaching Inc., you will be a key player in our marketing efforts, promoting our services and empowering authors to reach their audience. Your creativity, digital marketing skills, and strategic thinking will help us achieve our goals. This position can be based at our Tampa office or conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Create engaging and informative content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
• Collaborate with authors and clients to understand their unique marketing needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the publishing or coaching industry.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
