Position Overview: As an Event Planner at Sistazas Coaching Inc., you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing exceptional events that align with our mission and values. You will have the opportunity to shape experiences that inspire, educate, and engage our diverse clientele. This position can be based at our Tampa office or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and author-related events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation, if applicable.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Work closely with speakers, authors, and clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide on-site event management and support, ensuring smooth execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make improvements for future events.

• Proven experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
